MY DAY by Nea
Now, all the time mummy is talking about US and telling you how naughty we are.
I think it's time I gave you some inside information too!
As usual I was pretty good.
Now I can tell you about mummy. In the morning she was rushing Yeo and I as usual to
get dressed, eat our dinner(?) and put our clothes on. Let me just say I ALWAYS put my
socks on by myself, she really doesn't have to tell me.
Then she rushes us to the car but remembers that she can't take the car to the checkup with it
in such a state, so takes out the hoover and starts hoovering and saying that it will just bit a tick. If we were in such a hurry, why bother now?
Of course then she was hurrying to Yeo's shuuuul (school ) and we always TELL her not to rush 'cause it's DANGEROUS, and on one last turning I KNOW she didn't stop exactly 3 seconds at a stop sign and missed a person crossing the road by a good ... how far I could run in 10 seconds.
THEN she said some word I don't know and said that the bloody sun was in her eyes, ( I don't know why bloody when they weren't at all) and she always tries to cover up for herself. I don't see why WE can7t comment when SHE always comments on when we try to. (Yeo and I)
Ups, I just had something up there.
Oh and the green thing I have in my hand is just peas for the dinosaur pet ( he fell down )
Mummy laughed when I said that I was so tired. But why she said when it's only 9 in the morning?
I said. Well I wake up, go to sleep, wake up, go to sleep, and in the end I'm always tired. It7s so BORING. Why can't I just sleep once and be up for ever and ever?
... Then we came to the car repair place, and I had my magic telephone so I thought I would butt into the conversation of the super man that works there, I forget his name.
THere, that's me. He didn't answer in order though, I think he is not as polite as I used to think he was.
Also don't let me forget that mummy almost killed an old guy today. Of course it wouldn7t have mattered anyway because I LOOOVE giving medicines and all of my friends feel better immediately (let's say Mr dinasaur (or horny) , bibi, Mia the rabbit and duckie duck, kumachan and oh so so many of them) ...
where was I I forgot. Oh yes about mummy singing humpty dumpty to me while I was in the cart, and I love this, when the big he had a great FALL comes then she tilts my buggy all the way down suddenly and I laugh and laugh 'cause it's really funny- anyway she was doing this along the way
and at one traffic light there was this old person walking just next to us the moment mummy shouted suddenly "FALL" and tipped me all the way down and this poor person suddenly fell down on the sidewalk and while gasping "Bejeezus bejeezus " (what does that mean? ) took some white pills out of his inside pocket and .... I think mummy tried to help him up and I don't know if she was red from laughing or if she was scared ('maybe it was both) and they said some things ( I think she was saying she was sorry ) when we went on she sat down and started laughing and crying, and her face was all red. I wonder why it was all so funny when the poor old man almost died.
Still, I also love scaring people, especially mummy in the morning when she's making lunches!
You see me behind the palm tree? That's on 3rd street promenade at Santa Monica, it's a few blocks from the ocean and usually there are a lot of people with balloons and singing and selling things but this is early morning so it's just mummy and I playing hide and seek.
There is also a dinosaur fountain I always like to jump by here- it's so big! and water always comes out.
AND I just want to say I don't think it's fair that I couldn't swim in here because it looked really fun. One more thing to add on mummy's naughty lists.
Mummy told me these were Poppies but I thought they smelt like coffee! MMm, I love cofeeeeee,
can I have one please?
That's me, I mean for the first time I took a picture by myself with mummy's big camera! It's really big and heavy but I learned to hold it JUST as she told me, you see I caught one of mummy's naughtiest faces? That's what she's REALLY like!!
AND we sauntered a bit around a new shopping place, this one is good because it is outside and mummy doesn't take me inside boring shops, I hate those. I jumped from the benches and made the people jumpy, they are all so worried that I will fall over here, I really wonder why, I can jump and stand on my own two feet thank you very much, I'M not a baby.
On the way home in the car mummy was laughing again because I thought hard about it
and thought and thought, and told her
"MUmmy I really need some MONEY"
and she asked me why, ( I mean does she have to?)
and I had to go and explain that I wanted to buy the duckie duck little critters carousel that I had seen, but that it cost... I think too much, more than twenty dollars and mummy wouldn't get it.
I knew then! I had a good idea!
I told mummy I was going to ask Papa. He is going to be SO happy to give me money, because then I'm happy, and he gets to play with me too!!! He will give me money, yes, he will,
and then I will get him a present, the duckie ducks, and then he is going to play with me with them.
Is that a good idea?
In the afternoon we went to pick up Yeo from school.
I gave him a BIIIG hug as I always do and told him I loved him very much. He was telling mummy that he hadn't eaten all his lunch ( I think he knew that there were asparagusssses in them and I love them but he doesn't very much) and mummy said that it was OK because he'd then be eating it in the evening.
I also cried a bit because I wanted to play with Nora a bit more but everyone had to go home, and she said she wanted her daddy to swing her and not ME, and I really wanted to swing as well. I think mummy should have handled the situation better and stayed till it was dark in the park but she said we had to go already at ...... it was just reddish in the sky! That's not fair at all.
I 'M sure that many things are going to happen till we have to go to bed again
but actually I'm telling mummy to stop writing now because I really want to play and Yeo has
almost finished his homework and he wants to play the board game and she has to make dinner.... she said that I could help cut some vegetables AND crack and whist the eggs! YES! But I think I will leave those pictures for another time.
So thank you for listening and reading, and
for that ...... Give me a big double five! YEEEEAH!
.... And mummy hopes she's have some rest as well

Wow, Pie! What a creation! Absolutley fantastic, thanks - we loved it! Slightly scary, mind you... well, whatever happened seems you're still all OK anyway so onwards and upwards. You don't lead a dull life, do you.
